Delete your CastTower account

You can start deletion inside the CastTower app under Account → Privacy and account. If you cannot access the app, request deletion by email using the button below.

What happens

1. We verify that the request came from the email address on the account.
2. If you own a shared workspace, we help transfer ownership or confirm that its content should also be removed.
3. We remove your login, profile, memberships, and personal data within 30 days.

Content or workspaces that belong only to you are removed with the account. Shared workspace data may remain for the other workspace members. Transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and payment-ledger records may be retained when required by law, but are no longer used to operate your account.
